Our Vendor Village is located on a 200′ by 200′ grass area located between the two competition rings for maximum exposure and foot traffic.

Interested in becoming a Vendor?
- Build positive public relationships with the local community

Keepsake Show Program
Increase your exposure after the event by purchasing advertising space in our keepsake show program.
As a vendor, your business name will be listed in our show program. Ad space can be purchased as follows:
Quarter Page: $15 | Half Page: $30 | Full Page $50
Deadline is August 1, 2019
- Set-up can begin any time after 12:00 pm on Friday, August 9, 2019
- Vendors must supply their own tents, tables, display, etc.
- Please advise if you require electrical hook up (additional fee may apply)
- Show runs from 7:30 am until approximately 5:00 pm each day. It would be best to have your booth open between 9:00 and and 4:00 pm each day.
- There is no overnight security, so we recommend that you lower all tents and remove valuables overnight
- Tear down must be completed by 12:00 pm on Monday, August 11, 2019
- High Street Horse Shows does not accept any liability for any damage or injury to persons or property while on the showgrounds.
