High Street is BACK for 2024
We are very excited to be bringing you TWO shows this year!!!
Hop Into Spring with HSHS will be held on April 27 & 28, 2024 at REACH Huron in Clinton, Ontario. We are thrilled to be back at this amazing indoor facility. The warmup ring will be even bigger this year, with indoor stabling available.
For our second show, we will be returning to our original home, the Ilderton Fairgrounds, on August 10, 2024. This show will run in two rings on one day. Stabling is also available at this show. Our second show features a $500 Open Hunter Derby sponsored by CIBC Private Wealth - The Burnett Okanski Dale Financial Group. We also have a Thoroughbred Hunter Derby and High Point Thoroughbred Hunter and Jumper award brought to you by The Jockey Club Thoroughbred Incentive Program. We have exhibitor swag bags, best turned out prizes and a trainer award.
A reminder that all riders and owners must have a current (2024) EC (Bronze or Silver) and OE membership. If you wish to collect points towards the THJA Provincial Championships or South West Trillium year end awards, riders and owners must also purchase a THJA membership. Points cannot be awarded retroactively, so please ensure that your memberships are in place prior to the start of our show! Horses competing in Silver divisions and classes are required to have a current EC Horse Recording. Those competing only in Bronze divisions, or the Hack Division do not need a horse recording.
As per Equestrian Canada rules, all horses attending EC sanctioned competitions must have been administered Equine Influenza and Equine Herpes Virus (1 & 4) vaccinations within 6 months (+21 days grace period) before arriving at the competition. If your horse cannot be vaccinated, we do require a letter from your veterinarian stating the reasons the horse cannot be vaccinated and a log of daily (4 days) temperatures taken including the morning of the show. Proof of vaccination can be uploaded with your entry.
Entries can be made at myesm.horse (entries will open 30 days prior to the show). We would prefer that payments be made when you check out at the show, so that we can apply any prize money directly to your entry. Payments can be made by cash, cheque or e-transfer to highstreetshows@gmail.com. Please make the password: highstreet.
We are always working on improving your experience at our shows, so watch this space for updates on the shows, and please feel free to drop us a line with any comments!
